OK, but not great

Having really enjoyed the last few Big Fish Christmas games, this one was a let down. I'm accustomed to a bit of a slow start in HO games, until I get the hang of it and collect enough stuff for the next step to make sense, but I never did catch on to this one, and there were other issues. Some of the puzzles were glitchy, the map wasn't a help except for ease of navigating, some of the HOs were really obscure, and the placement of some objects made no sense. I can't say more without spoilers, but let me say my Hint button got quite a workout. I loved meeting Santa, but have played many better games. Bring on a Christmas Cadenza!

The voiceovers are hideous, like bad Saturday morning cartoons. Weak story line; gets tedious. Nice graphics. Decent puzzles.

Seriously perturbed I wasn't given an opportunity to try out/preview this game before being roped into purchase. While the graphics and colors were rich, the story just plodded along without any true cohesion. Not a nice Xmas gift to us ERS Games!

Storyline is lame and overall it's a waste of 2.99 let alone 6.99. Makes not want to be so quick to buy a game without a trial or for more than .99.

Don't buy!!!!!!!! Gave it one star because it was the lowest rating I could give. Worst game ever! And yes, I will get a refund for this. Please don't buy!!!!!!!!!!

This is just so bad! I have tried over and over again to play this and it just gets worse. Nothing about this story makes any sense. The story line is just lame! The map shows you where you can go not where you NEED to go so what's the point?! Once again Big Fish made us buy another terrible game that we couldn't test out first and are going to pay the price for it in their reviews and their loyal customers. I've been playing BF games for years (have easily purchased over 500) but I'm real close to ending my relationship over this new "must buy now" rule.

I've really enjoyed playing this game. Yes, there have been some problems and I've had to take it off and reload it a few times. All in all I feel like it was worth the price and I've had fun playing the game.
