There are a lot of quirks. I love the content, but the app can be problematic.

Tried to reset my password on the app, and got an error message. Tried to do so on the website and was told that I had already submitted too many reset requests.

I have repeatedly tried to close this account since June, was led to believe that I did so, only to be charged for multiple months unknowingly I was continually charged without any notification of these charges being made. Customer service has been helpful in refunding me but they repeatedly won’t give me a contact number for management. I am highly suspicious of their account charging practices I do not recommend this app at all!

Terrific app! Can download immediately all books owned. Really appreciate it!

I was seriously considering subscribing but you lost me as a potential customer because you people don’t do things right. I tried to subscribe to Christianaudio and I wasn’t able to subscribe and then you had the audacity to do a credit check on me. I should report you to the better business bureau. God Bless you and please improve the way you do business.

I have tried over and over to reset my password. Yesterday I sat in front of my computer for hours waiting for the email to come to reset my password. I left my computer for 13 minutes. In the meantime that expected email came and I clicked on the link only to be told that the password link has expired - after 13 minutes had lapsed. I have tried multiple times to reset the password. I click on the emailed link but each time I get the message that the password link has expired - even after a few minutes. This started when I forgot my password and clicked on the link to reset it one time. Then I got the message that there had been too many requests - this was after clicking on it once. It has proved impossible to reset a password. Someone there might be trying to figure out what is wrong but in the meantime I give up. It seemed like a nice app until I forgot my password and tried to reset it.

when i was a boy i loved to read in braille and i loved being read to, either by my mother or by talking book records. now, i’m an old man and i still love reading braille on a braille display and ipad and listening to audio books from the christian audio app. thank you for being mostly accessible and for a wonderful selection of books to help me grow in my relationship with god.
