Wow, blows your eardrums out!

You need to explain in the tutorial what the app does. I wouldn't have put on earphones, and take care of the volume problem if someone does have earphones on. Even the warning on the tutorial didn't help. I turned down the volume to 1 bar which didn't turn down the volume because it still blew out my eardrums.
