Can't play game

I have installed and uninstalled and reinstalled, etc 5 times and every time I go and back to continue where I left off the screen goes black and I have to delete and reinstall having to start over from the beginning I am sick and tired of having to start from the beginning. I give this game A BIG FAT ZERO rating until you can fix whatever issue is causing this problem. And I have noticed I am not the only one this keeps happening to.
Freezes!

Can't get back into the game because all I get is a black screen when I hit the app icon now. Also, for the price, it was way too short a game and too easy. I suggest 3.99. Not worth 6.99. The more expensive games generally deliver a lot more, so that's what I expected here. And since I can't get a refund for the part of the game I can't get to...well, that's another reason I think it's too much expensive. You pay first, so it's too late to do anything about it if you have problems. Not happy.

I had nice smooth gameplay. I really enjoyed this game. I was able to keep track of the storyline, I would rather not have to have a journal to keep track of such complex stories of who is who and who did what to whomever. Ugh. I also like the different HOS, esp the vending machine in the bowling alley. A solid 5 stars

It was certainly fun and I loved the interaction with the characters. I do wish though that the puzzles were more challenging. All in all, great work! Well done!

Really like Big Fish games. But this one freezes upon opening and after paying for it, that is really frustrating. The freeze comes after the “advertisement” for another game comes up. Also, with the ios updates, all these games I paid for NO LONGER WORK. Thanks for that.
