Slow chess play

People get to sit and not move for too many days it should only be a maximum of two days without any movement and then they should be deleted off the site also everybody should be allowed to play at least 60 games .
I like it, some issues need improvement.

Right off the bat, I transitioned to the Apple version from a Samsung phone, and the Apple version is less good. No profile pics, less intuitive interface, slightly glitchier. Another user warned me in chat against upgrading to newest version, described it as very buggy, makes her log back in every time. One feature desperately needed is ability to spot the other player a piece. Common practice when you're teaching the game is start without your queen, then without a rook, eventually playing even. Chat feature is cool and have made legit friends through the app, but besides the "mute" and "decline" options, the app needs a report mechanism for creepy guys who think it's Tinder or the place for political rants.

Froze after failing to go to mandatory upgrade in a popup in the middle of a game. Suggest that update etc not block game play. 0-1 games played without freezing.

The game itself is okay but the ads they play are really long and some of the ads that contain mini games don't give you the option to X out when they are over. You have no choice but to hard reset the app.
Way too slow with some opponents

App is great in many respects but they'd get a lot more participation if you could pick how many days between moves you're allowed to have. Right now it's 5, so I'm playing a guy that's moving once every 5 days... talk about ridiculous. I don't understand why they allow that? If you need 5 days in between moves because your life is that busy, then you shouldn't have started a game.
Non responsive to issues

The developer is non responsive to issues. I emailed them regarding a opponent who refuses to make a move and for some reason the game won't make my opponent resign for not making a move. They haven't made a move in a month.

I already paid for the app. Quit pushing a new paid app as an “upgrade”. If it isn’t included in the original purchase price I’m not interested. Add a button to decline rather than being forced into the App Store every time the app launches.
My main gripe!!!

When a draw is offered, you must accept or reject it before going to another game. Worse still, you can't see the board before you decide as the message blocks a major part of it. When playing several games with some moves taking days to get a response, you often cannot remember where the game stands. This is horrible and has happened to me over 100 times as I play a lot. Still a lot of oroblems
