This app use to work very well, now it doesn't. No help available when I click the 'help with app' button on this download spot. It sends you to the company website, which has no customer service or help feature. I use the basic board on Social Chess, but it thinks the screen shot I take is from a 3-D board and won't process the board. Maybe some day they will come out with a fix. It may take a awhile because there is no way to let them know it doesn't work.

The update arrived in the nick of time, and now all is well. This is a great app, but it may need attention a little more often than every few years! Thank you for getting it back up to speed.

The newest version crashes a lot and doesn't recognize the pieces consistently. When you tell it what each piece is it crashes the app when you open the chess board.
