It won’t let me sign up I tried Google it said we can’t see you’re email I tried using face book and my Apple ID says the same thing I tried using my email it wasn’t working at all

This app always has the same items listed, with very few new offers. I guess it’s ok if you buy those things. Plus there aren’t a lot of offers to begin with. Very hard to get to $20 cashout.

I’ve been trying for two years to get the $20.00 so I can cash it in and delete the app. The offers are poor. I can’t remember the last time there was an offer I could use.

I use to really like this app but now it’s horrible. The offers rarely change and if you happen to actually purchase an obscure item on the offers there always seems to be some loophole about where you bought it. When you snap a photo of your receipt it ask if you want to add another section to capture the entire receipt but then they don’t give you the cash back because your full receipt was not on the first photo. Why give me an option for the section section if your not going to honor it?

This is a terrible company. They cheat you every way they can. I signed up for the gas cash back. The first time they refused to pay at all. The second time, it was supposed to be 3 cents a gal. They only paid me 1 cent a gal. The next day when I checked the same station, it was up to 4 cents. I am only trying desperately to get to the $20. So I can cash out and be done with them.

Useless in Texas. Stores I have never heard of. 90% of product I do not use. Just not suited to our area. Waste of time.

I am truly surprised this app has a 4.1 rating. As soon as I get to $20, I’m cashing out and deleting this app. The offers are always for the same tired products, never anything new. And the developers keep saying “keep watching, we are working on some exciting new offers”. They have been saying this for over a year! There are many other cash back apps available that are so much better than this one.

Great idea but execution has gone downhill

I’ve been using this app for a few years. There was always limited for me as the offers I was interested in were fairly irregular. However, when they started doing gas, I was really excited! It worked great for a while but now every single gas receipt is denied for reasons that they didn’t meat the criteria. They did. Every single time. The email it sends says to respond to the email with a copy of your receipts..guess what? All that gets you is a return response saying that mailbox doesn’t take responses. So went to the help section and submitted a ticket. Their response is to send them a picture of your receipt..YOU ALREADY HAVE IT! The first couple times I had already shredded my receipts but now I keep them because I know I’m going o need them to fight for my $. Granted, they always end up giving me my money for gas but only after several emails. My last few pharmacy receipts have denied also. I got my $ for the first one finally but never got a response to my ticket on the last one. Whatever happened with this app recently is awful and needs to be fixed because something is BROKE!
