The last update completely wiped out all of my checking information for the last 3 years!!!!!

They updated the app and it completely wiped out my register. Nothing is there!!! Everything lost!! If you use this app always keep a back up system in place.

Have been using this app for the better part of 7 years. They recently updated the app and all my account information has been deleted. All that historical data just disappeared. Have emailed developers, very disappointed and will not use again! Buyer beware on this one!

Not sure what happened but after the most recent app update the majority of my transactions where deleted I went to start over and the app keeps crashing now my favorite account balancing app is my least favorite.

Lost all my data when syncing between devices wasn’t working. Asked support for help several times. No response. What a mess this has caused!

I Love this app, and have never had any issues with it until today. I have lost everything for the last two years it looks like. It shows my last transaction being in 2017. After further investigation I find that this app did an update today. Updates shouldn’t be taking me backwards. Lost my various accounts, and recurring payments and everything else I had set up. Oh well! Looks like I’ll have to start over...
Update deleted everything

I was really enjoying this app but I just found out after a recent update, it deleted 5 months worth of entries! Ugh! Why? Unfortunately I haven’t run a recent backup. Tried contacting support.

I’ve used this app for several years. I balanced my accounts yesterday, so I know it was working fine. Now all my data is gone. Zip, zero, zilch. Mine was the paid version. Hopefully the developer will be able to fix this mess. I even backed up to the cloud but that function didn’t work to restore my data.
