Everything was fine until just recently all my information got wiped. I sent the company an email to see what can be done as nothing could have caused the information to just dissapear, but I have not heard back from anyone. Looks like they are lacking customer support. This has created a giant nightmare in regards to my finances. Apparently even though the backup option was turned on, it never actually did anything.

The app is what I need , simple to use once you get the hang of it. I use it and now my wife has it on her system and loves It. Getting any positive comments from me is a miracle.

Right off the bat I’m not impressed

I chose this app because I needed a check registry that I could use on my phone my iPad And my Apple Watch. The picture shows that you can add income or expenses on the watch and the last two screens I don’t have. It does not say that you need to upgrade to get the screens

This app has been great but it needs an update bad. An auto decimal would be great. Updating the “transfer” is needed. Instead of making a transfer look as an expense in one account and an income in the other account. It will really screw up your numbers. If other apps had great reports like this one I would switch quickly !

Lost all my data when syncing between devices wasn’t working. Asked support for help several times. No response. What a mess this has caused!

Easy to use! Decreases paperwork by 100%! Takes care of transaction at the time they occur to help avoid errors. One of the best programs that I have on my IPhone. RTF

Records necessary info. Fixed decimal would be nice. Entries in complete list would be easier instead of having to search daily pages to reconcile entries. It’s a decent good app.

Really enjoy using this app but am thinking about switching to one that offers split screen. That would be a game changer.

The only addition I would like to see is a way to add credit cards to the accounts. This will enable us to keep track of our balance and payments. So, you can add your credit card balance and be able to subtract you payments. Otherwise I love the functionality of this app.

Was good, now bad

I have used this app for several months and was very happy with it until today when it suddenly “dumped” several months of transactions and I haven’t been able to recover them. I now have to rebuild my checkbook ledger from banking statements. Major bummer.
