4 YEARS OF TRANSACTIONS ERASED!!

I was always a little put off by the fact that you can’t search through your transactions without having to manually scroll through them all. This was just a huge time waister and inconvenience. But, the deal breaker for me was this. I just created an account as I was prompted to do so. Never had to do this before, but was trying to sync my iPad and iPhone because they were not accurate. When I created the account and went to sync my device, I was asked to match the iCloud or keep my device the same. I chose to keep my device the same. After the syncing finished, all of my accounts and purchase history From the last 4 years are gone! Why was I forced to open an account after all these years of not needing to do so? I will be deleting this app and searching for better one.
Good for Travel
Not a stellar app
Others may use this more regularly: I use it for travel when I don’t want to carry a computer around, and it works fine for that. I don’t mind entering expenses into my regular accounting program when back. It works so well, though, I will probably try using it more and see if it meets more regular needs. I like its simplicity, and ease of creating/editing/deleting accounts, customizing features, and don’t want a program that tells me how to budget, or organize online investments, and the rest of it: I do that separately, and a simple clear accounting app for daily expenditures is nice to find.

The app is better but it now clears automatic payments and it didn’t before. That needs to be fixed. I emailed the company June10th and they said they’re working on some changes so hopefully it’s soon. But I would rather clear automatic payments each month myself, as you can’t recall all automatic payments. I also wish they had better graphics with colors or you can add what you want. There is one more thing that would make it a lot better and that is memos. You could put in a few words but it’s very hard to see what you wrote. The memo area needs to be fixed in order to actually leave a decent normal short memo along with ability to edit it. I like to put down the name of the credit card I used and maybe a couple additional words. It also needs to sync with iCloud. When you go into back up and check it’s not one of the apps that syncs with iCloud. These changes would make it perfect.

I like how this app helps keep track of my expenses in my checking account savings etc. keeps everything synchronized and organized.

I have checkbook on my iPad which works great, but since I’ve added to my iPhone and logged in. I noticed that it doesn’t calculate accurately.
Not Safe for Syncing

Good app for maintaining a checkbook register electronically. However, syncing across multiple devices and the cloud is still unstable. I initially logged into the cloud and synced it with data on my device. Some time later I was logged out of the cloud, possibly during an app update. After logging in again,’I was asked whether to sync with data in the cloud or data on my device. I chose my device I was certain that data was accurate and up to date. Unfortunately whenever I hit go it erased data on my device as well as in the cloud. So I lost 3 years of data. The most aggravating part is that this app does not have the functionality to restore data from a backup. It is crazy that this does not exist. Why have a backup feature without a restore feature? I will not use this app again until a restore feature is added.
