Don't waste your time with Cheaptickets. You will waste hours trying to get the great rates only to find out they don't really exist. Customer support is in 3rd world with Supervisors that are "too busy" to step in when your operator cannot even understand English. Your time has got to be more valuable than wasting it on Cheaptickets

App is ok but customer service is the worst. Booked thru them and go to cancel but can't online. Then see I've already been charged for what I'm trying to cancel on line. Call customer service only to be told they have no record of what they just charged me for to be able to cancel and refund. Only that I will get a call back in 24-48 from someone. This was first time using this service and learned never to do that again. I cancelled all my future reservations made thru them and decided to use another service I've used in the past with more satisfactory customer service.

So I booked a flight 3 days ago for my trip next week to North Carolina but I called the customer service to change the flight dates to may 8th instead of April 24th because of my work schedule I was like I don't mind paying extra fees to change the dates but they said I can't I have to fly on those dates otherwise they can't do nothing for me so I just wasted 200 $ for nothing I'm really disappointed never using it again

It is nothing more than advertisements. Does not even connect to your e:ticket or Apple wallet. Save yourself and do not even try.

Customer service nightmare. "24/7 customer support" it repeatedly takes 45+ minutes to get to the first non-helpful person to answer the phone. Save yourself the trouble. Go elsewhere.

Never again . There is no reason to use this website Unless you want or need to get ripped off. I won't even choose a star to rate this bull crap service as there aren't any negative stars. What a scam. .
