Why I can’t write msj in my Apple Watch?

This app doesn’t work AT ALL! It won’t go beyond reading the QR code and it gets stuck on a Connected message on the iWatch but there are no chats, so I can’t access any of them on my watch. It simply doesn’t work. I will be disputing the fee and asking for my money back.

I have linked my watch with my phone- but all that is displaying is “Connected ✅”. But nothing happens. Not a great experience

I was trying to see why I Wouldn’t work on my Apple Watch and I mistakenly pressed the premium button and it charged me. There is no way no to cancel the subscription or whatever i have to do to cancel.
