I carefully reviewed all of the steps, when I scan the QR code, it did not work it said cannot sign me in , And he said try again later so that tells me it’s not working or compatible with the watch

The app only says "connected" on the series 4. Doesn't do anything. Contacted support and haven't received a reply.
