Remove Private Stations

Constant freezing

Every time I move around the app, it freezes at random moments. I have to force quit the app to get it to start working again.

My work has a waitlist system to get a charger. Whenever I accept an opening on the waitlist the app interprets that as snoozing it and puts me at the end of the waitlist. Really annoying app.
Software full of bugs

The software wasn’t well designed n written. First, you cannot just line up for a particular station, perhaps due to safety of neighborhood or closest to you. Secondly, Once they bump you out, even by their mistake, or previous charged car still occupied the spot, you cannot get back in line or your priority place. Third, they app is not compatible to their desktop version. Cannot find your favourite station n join the wait list. Please re-design software n rewrite the codes. Some better test engineer should test it before release.

Takes your money without asking

This app charges you in $10 increments - automatically without approval. And if you contact their support they wait 3 days then send an email saying they no longer handle support emails. It’s not worth spending god knows how long on the phone trying to get your money back. It’s just really user hostile design.
Useless without waitlist support

Some time in the past few weeks, support for waitlists broke. First it was not appearing, then it appeared, but you couldn’t tap it. Now it is gone again. I’ve had to go back to using the website, which is also hopelessly broken on iOS.
