Limited app functionality

ChargePoint network seems to be one of the better ones... easy to locate stations and convenient tap to activate/pay. However, everything else about the app needs improvement. Waitlist management is a joke (must login on website to see your position on wait list) and the notifications feature doesn’t work right... the app doesn’t show the notification details (must properly click on the notification, which I never seem to do). Oh and I never received the card, despite making a request... which means if you accidentally forget your phone, you can’t charge at all!

Having issue with account. Trying to set up with Sdg&e (electric company) no one knows how. It exists but they don’t know how to get it connected and running.

The app works to find me charging stations that work for me with a J1772 connector. The EVGo directs me to locations that I cannot use. The station dtatus is very helpful, too.

There’s issues with the app refresh and the support is not empowered to help or alleviate customer frustration.

We had simple needs, but the unit works great, was simple to install, is easy to use, and the CP app is what puts everything together.
Careful with credit card charge and automatic payment enabled

Do not use this service, they charge 10usd in advance as a future credit and they enable automatic payment without being able to cancel it on the app.
