Tried a lot of GTD style apps over the years but this one has all I need plus it's well laid out and flexible in use. Download and go, no weird account setting up needed. Easily/quickly add tasks and organize them later if time is tight - iCloud sync and apps for iMac and Windows means, well less Chaos for me! I need this app. Thanks to the Developer.

I have tried several GTD-style apps and this is the one that best adapts to me. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the "tab" with the daily plan is great. You first take a moment to populate the projects "tab" with folders to group your projects, start writing down projects, tasks... And the program organizes them to show in the daily plan "tab", so you always know what's the next thing to do regardless off all the projects you may have open at a certain moment. For someone like me, always unable to decide what's next when I have many things to do, this tool certainly helps thanks to the daily tab.

I've used the task manager Things for years, and it's my favorite. When I started using Windows on one of my laptops, I needed to find a GTD program that would sync to a Windows desktop app. Enter ChaosControl. Awesome, easy, versatile, attractive ... Five stars.
