I highly recommend this app if you are serious about making new healthy habits or breaking old ones. Consider all the things you spend 2 bucks on and ask yourself if they are worth as much as making the life-changing decision to create a new positive habit or break an old negative one.

I used to do this with graph paper! I would have a habit going good and wouldn't want to break the streak-- but a phone app is so much better/easier/faster! -Two dollars seem too much? Honestly, how much is having your great new habit really worth to you?
