This is a great tactical app for building habits or conversely ending bad habits. The simple pattern that's worked for me, start with 2, then add one a week. Once u feel you've mastered something, u can drop it off the list. Good luck!

I used this in tandem with the Udemy mini-habits course. It is so simple to use and the daily quotes really instill the importance of daily practice leading to habits

I have found this quite useful to track positive habits for the past couple years. About a year ago I noticed that the sync spinner would sometimes hang. I could still enter info, so I thought sync was just slow. It turned out nothing was syncing, and I only resolved this by deleting the app, thereby, losing months of synced data. Oops. Take slow syncs seriously.

Brilliant design but has cross device issues

I use web and mobile app versions. Can't depend on sync so sometimes I haveto manually update both devices. Otherwise, brilliant design makes this functional, aestheically pleasing, and a keeper
Needs archive feature

Great app and website. They have fixed all of my sync issues. However, I deduct a point because there is no easy way to archive old chains so that the data can be maintained.
