App constantly has issues connecting, even after several installs. Shows there is no upgrade available, yet the pictures for app description look nothing like the actual app. Not very reliable at all. I also agree with another reviewer that the app should have push notifications. Guess it's about as good as their actual Internet ?

The app often displays "status unavailable" which means you don't know if doors etc are secure. Customer support is non existent from CL on this product. Going back to ADT when contract is up.

Poor. Product is not reliable. Service is not reliable which require a second visit. Billing is not customer friendy with a service charge of $145.00 per hour. Recommended potential customers don't even consider using services from company.

Not only does this app stick this is one of the worst alarm companies. I agree with another review going back to ATD or somewhere else once contract is up.
App doesn’t work often

Status unavailable when I sign in on my phone using your CenturyLink app. No one at Century Link seems to know how to repair the app Or reconnect it. Should you have an alarm event when you are not home, Century Link will call you to let you know your alarm is going off and ask if should the authorities be contacted. If the name Century Link appeared on the phone I would answer it, but there are so many Robo calls and scam calls that I receive, unless I see someone that I am familiar with, I don’t answer.
Needs updates

This won’t let me login and I’m using the same login as my online account. Please update the app. This is more convenient then looking on my computer.

I agree with the other reviewers; the app is useless. I cannot sign in using the same ID and password that I connect with on my Windows PC. My home internet connectivity is also problematic and I will be dropping CenturyLink for both Internet and phone.
Can’t even login

Like why can’t I login with my actual account info I use online and with centurylink over the phone. This app doesn’t work at all sadly. Maybe because I only have internet service from them but even still.
