I just installed the latest software upgrade and the app no longer works on iPhone or iPad. This is discouraging since I need to arm my system while I was out.

I hope you guys are rolling out an update since all apple users have no control over the smarthome system anymore with the new apple operating system. paying too much per month for your services not to be able to actually use them.
Doesn't send push notifications!!!!

This app doesn't send push notifications when there's an alarm which makes it a useless app when it comes to alarm notifications and it would be nice if the cameras were programmed to start capturing images automatically when there's an alarm, just thinking outside the box.

Touch ID, push notifications & not having to re-sign in monthly would be nice. Takes too long to start up & sign in! For the last few months, we can't see the camera via app, but it works fine from the computer.

Always says status unavailable so can't actually use the app to arm or disarm alarm. So basically it's useless.

The current version is completely useless. It won't allow access, won't turn system on or won't turn system off. Previous version was fine, but since I upgraded it just doesn't work at all. How can anyone release a version that doesn't perform the basic intended use???
