I love the game but it crashes ALL the time while loading a multiplayer match and then it doesn’t restore the coins used to initiate that game. I’ve lost hundreds of thousands of coins because of it. SO FRUSTRATING!

Like the game but am going to delete it. There is an ad that pops up over the game and won’t let you delete it. It just sits there blocking the playing field!!!

Whenever I tap to purchase the card packages it takes my coins but doesn’t actually give me the card packages.......not cool!

Today I “purchased” a gold pack using 11 diamonds. Game froze afterwards and couldn’t open the pack. Closed the game and now the pack I purchased is gone and never opened Contact “app support” and there’s NOTHING for this game! Ok now I’m having trouble with the daily bonus. I am on this game every day. Every. Single. Day. Yesterday I was on day 4 for continuous daily play (even though it was probably day 35 ..) and today I’m back to day 1?? Go to the “app support” and guess what? There is NOTHING for Cell Connect!! Don’t waste any of your real money buying anything for this game WTH?! I’ve been playing the game with the latest upgrade that was supposed to fix the glitches and it’s even worse than before! Received two packs from daily consecutive days and both times the game crashes afterwards and I’ve lost the cards!!! Purchased several card packs using diamonds. Because of constant glitches and bugs I updated the game. Lost all the cards I had as well as the current card being used in a game. Anytime I purchased cards they seemed to disappear before I could even use them now with the update they’re gen again!!

Every time I go into the cards selection my phone freezes. First time, I had a basic pack and 3800 gold coins... froze and lost the pack. So then I purchased another pack... and it froze... so now I’m out the coins and I have ZERO cards... nice!

I just purchased cards using diamonds and coins. 5 diamonds were deducted and 6400 coins deducted. However after purchasing them it says “open here” and you are unable to open them. My three card sets never showed up! I am unable to any locate app support under developer website. I really like this game and I will change my rating AFTER my diamonds, coins and these problems are REFUNDED/FIXED!

I also purchased cards today and lost the cards and the diamonds because the game froze. I am enjoyed this game a lot and it was my first time to try and buy cards with diamonds, that was a waste. It takes a long time to get all those diamonds and now I have no cards or diamonds fix the bugs.

Great game for keeping your mind sharp yet easy enough to learn quickly. Exhilarating too. I’ve been playing only 4 days and absolutely love it. I appreciate the ability to undo a move for free by watching a 30 second ad (or can use coins I think). Enjoy!
