Where are cards I had?! – Cell Connect Review

Today I “purchased” a gold pack using 11 diamonds. Game froze afterwards and couldn’t open the pack. Closed the game and now the pack I purchased is gone and never opened Contact “app support” and there’s NOTHING for this game! Ok now I’m having trouble with the daily bonus. I am on this game every day. Every. Single. Day. Yesterday I was on day 4 for continuous daily play (even though it was probably day 35 ..) and today I’m back to day 1?? Go to the “app support” and guess what? There is NOTHING for Cell Connect!! Don’t waste any of your real money buying anything for this game WTH?! I’ve been playing the game with the latest upgrade that was supposed to fix the glitches and it’s even worse than before! Received two packs from daily consecutive days and both times the game crashes afterwards and I’ve lost the cards!!! Purchased several card packs using diamonds. Because of constant glitches and bugs I updated the game. Lost all the cards I had as well as the current card being used in a game. Anytime I purchased cards they seemed to disappear before I could even use them now with the update they’re gen again!!
