One of the worst apps ever!!

If Ceiva cared at all about their customers they would fix their lame app instead of allowing an insane amount of frustration when we cannot send photos from our phones!! Get it together Ceiva and show you care - don't you realize you have competitors out there ready to take our money if you can't get it right???

Because it crashed I had to re-install the app and now my password will not work. I cannot figure out how to reset the password in this app!

Uploads fine. Nice integration with photos but it won’t let you delete or edit the order of pics or which ones get replaced. Kinda limited.

Months I have waited for a fix to the continual problem of trying to download, and then having the app crashed on me. I have not been able to upload anything for several months. A few moments ago I was able to upload one old picture, but anything recent simply causes the program to crash. This should not be rocket science. If you can’t make the app work then at least fix it so we can send photos over the web.

For a frame and service you pay for to be unable to upload to it is just a shame. I’m feeling ripped off big time. What a hassle that every time you try to upload the app closes on you. I’m ready to look for another digital frame company.

I was having issues with the app crashing on every start. I deleted and reinstalled the app and it is performing well again. I have been able to select multiple pictures and send them without any trouble.

I just set up the account for a gift. I have uploaded 3 photos so far and everything has been working perfectly.
