Frustrating! I try to upload pictures and it crashes. App is very unstable. Needs to be updated for iOS 11 and iPhone X too

I purchased 2 frames several years ago for grandparents. Love the product and being able to send pictures instantly. However, I haven’t been able to do so for the past 6 mos because the app crashes as soon as I open it. Please please update the app! Otherwise I have wasted my money with your product.
Doesn’t work anymore

This used to be a great way to share photos with my non-Techy mom. But for several months it rarely works. FIX greatly needed. Is anyone working on it???

I HATE this app so much. Every time I try to use it I cannot get it to work and have to redownload it or wait for an update to come along. For as much as we pay to use the picture frames the app shouldn’t be such garbage!!!

The app doesn’t work half the time. Over & over & over when I’m trying to download pictures the app crashes. So frustrating!!!!

There’s no help to recover passwords and I’m now unable to use app. There appears to be a connection to Facebook. I tried my FB log-in info and that’s not working either. This needs to be fixed otherwise your app is useless.

Save yourself the grief I went through. Do NOT buy any CEIVA products and do NOT use this app. Frame does not operate as advertised. Website is clunky and borderline unusable. There is a hidden monthly fee after the first year to continue sending photos. Sending photos is not instant and has to be scheduled, so your loved one wouldn't even know a photo was added for the first time when you set it up together. Customer service operates exclusively during work hours and is inaccessible. The YouTube account that the website links to with all the tutorials has been taken down. This company rode the Mother's Day wave and sold out this summer selling a bogus product - but never again will I buy anything from them. I strongly suggest you do the same. Just use photo stream instead.

Many years ago I bought a Ceiva Digital Picture Frame for my wife's mother who lived out of state. It dialed up at night to retrieve any new pictures I posted from time to time on the web. Times have changed! I recently bought a WiFi Ceiva for my Mom and Dad so we could sent them pictures while we are traveling places in our RV. My Dad is 90 and they have never connect to the Internet! I am sitting in my Camper looking out the window and took a great picture looking out over a lake using Ceiva Snap on my iPhone 6. I easily added a caption and immediately sent it to them. I then called them and they were looking at it on their Ceiva! I have their Ceiva set to turn on automatically in the morning and off in the evening. They do not have to do anything but enjoy the pictures we send.
