La app te permite captura de imágenes y videos de tu vehículo en cada ángulo es una muy buena herramienta y te ayuda la imágenes detalladas. Primera vez que la uso y me parece excelente solo me tomo 5 minutos.

App is great. Quick tutorials to walk you through the process. Picture guides/templates to capture the correct images. Video feature is a nice feature.

Bruh, like I’m obviously not in the best mood after a collision that caused damage to my car and this stupid app is buggy, doesn’t let you stray from its outline whatsoever, regardless of the realities of your personal car. And when you contact a rep about it, they are useless. This has been irritating the crap out of me for 5 days now and I hope I never have to use it again. This claim platform was more emotionally taxing than the actual accident.

I see now with the Covid pandemic businesses are finding ways to make it easier for customers to do business. This app is super easy and fast to use. No need for the customer and the adjuster to meet face to face in many circumstances. Of course when we rely more on technology the less we rely on the face to face. Sometimes that’s good and most the times it’s bad. I’m a face to face type consumer and while making things more efficient there is less need for adjusters. I see future layoffs for that segment of doing business in this case with Farmers.
