Inaccurate

This app is a joke, infinity insurance asked me to download this app and take pictures and an appraiser would look at the damage. I took the best pictures and videos I could to make sure the damage was very visible. 2 damaged doors (1 dented) and chipped off paint off the rear panel. These idiots quoted $700, I don’t even work at a body shop and even I knew it would be more than that to repair those damages. I had already even gotten a couple estimates prior to reporting it to the insurance from body shops and both were over $2000. Sorry ass “appraisers”

Too many steps, no need to use my microphone but would not progress unless I approved it. Need too many photos that are pointless. Dont use this

Very easy to use app! Makes the process much more efficient and streamlined. This is my first time using this app and I would highly recommend it!
Restrictive and invasive

This app has no need to know my location and should be able to use photos I had already taken. I don’t need an app to hold my hand much less force me to allow permissions that it doesn’t need access to. It seems to work ok but it could have been much quicker since my sons truck isn’t where I live.
