Needs ability to mail log/journals

Mojo_73

The app is exactly what my mental health care psychiatrist wants me working on for my insomnia and cgt, the down side is that the app is only good for me and my phone and has no ability to share or mail the weeks log to my psychiatrist which makes it useless for my progress. I still have to go fill out a piece of paper. Give the app the ability to share logs and assessments with your doctor and it would be a 5 star app !!

Great app! Needs a little tweaking though

IPhone@ddict!!!

I've used this app for sleep diaries and has worked well. What I am frustrated with however is the audio files during relaxation stopping every time the screen blacks out. I should not have to change settings on phone every time to keep the app open long enough to go through an entire session. Enable it to play in the background please. Otherwise a great app!!

CANNOT SYNC HELPPPP

C4119

I love the App however the big problem I have is not being able to sync data. I downloaded the App on my IPOD and IPAD. all the data entered on is not updating at all to the devices. Is this being looked at? In addition, I agree with others about being able to share data. Thanks!!!!

Excellent app!

Love this app!

Great app!! Needs one little fix

Bradw505

This app is the best free app out there, and better than nearly all the apps you would pay to do the same thing. In addition to the sleep diary which tracks your sleep efficiency for you, there are several relaxation recordings that are very well done. Simply put, this is the top of the line. There will have to be something groundbreaking to take its place. Addendum: I have been using this app for 15 months and use the Diary every day. Yes, every day. I take my sleep very seriously. This week there was an update to the software. There is one problem (amidst all the great updates with charts that I like): in the new sleep diary, the button to add a new entry is at the bottom of the page (used to be at the top). Here's the problem with that change: I have a sleep diary that is about 400 entries long, so in order to add last night's sleep to my diary, I have to scroll down and scroll down and scroll down and scroll down to get to the button to add a new entry. Can you please move that button back to the top, please?

Good

J-Sway

It's a good app, but the current version is kind of annoying. I wish they'd go back to the minutes instead of every 10 minutes when entering information. And when you enter the previous night sleep should go back up top.

Some of the "fixes" were ill-advised

CandiedSkull

The app as it was before the last update was great and the addition of the graphs was awesome, however, putting the "Add new entry" button at the bottom of the list is confusing and inconvenient, particularly when the list starts getting long. Please put it back where it was. Also, I don't like that you've "rounded" the time entry to the nearest 10 minutes when entering in sleep and wake times. If you MUST round it, please do it to the nearest 5 minutes or put it back the way it was so I can enter it by the minute. I already have a sleep issue I'm trying to work on, please don't screw with my OCD in the process.

Great Sleep APP

Bobmarch

As a former Air Force medic with PTSD and sleep cycle disorder, I found this app. My doctor at the VA asked me the very same questions on his paper log. This is excepted psych evaluation analysis, and it really works to evaluate your sleep. There is only one thing my doctor had on his list of questions that is critical in evaluating a patient's sleep that is missing. What time I took my Meds. You might want to consider this important piece of data. Thanks for a nice suite of APPS VA!! I am using others too!!

Great app...free!

Fixes needed : 1- move add data entry to the top 2- round off minutes to 5 at least or option to enter your own . How do you know if you don't look at the time when you wake up during the night? 3- guided meditations shuts off unless user changes phone settings. 4- time shown taken med( I usually enter it in comments section)

Fatal flaw for people with sleep phase disorders

Pforan

I like the design of this app and appreciate that it exists, but it is completely useless for people with sleep phase disorders. My sleep schedule often gets shifted later and later until I'm going to bed late in the morning I'm getting up in the afternoon. There is literally no way to enter this information into the app. For instants if I go to bed at 9 AM and get up at 2 PM in that or how I enter the data, the app tells me got up earlier that I went to bed and won't let me save the entry. The only workaround I've found is to shift every entry earlier by four hours or so then add a note to myself saying to subtract that many hours, but this completely negates the diagnostics feature, so I'm better off with a pen and paper sleep log. The app is great otherwise and I'm more than happy to upload my sleep data for further study, but it's difficult to believe that sleep professionals would design an app that is impossible to use for people with particular sleep disorders.
