Very unstable app and most of the stories never even load. Even your stories on the web won’t load after the “read more” button. Not impressed and will delete.
“Share Story” button needed.

Put in a “share story” function. Don’t you want viewers to circulate your stories to get more eyeballs on your content?

Started using in on TV. Now have it on my phone. With my schedule it is awesome to be able to see clips for earlier shows and feel connected when I need to catch up on the news live. Turn in on when I'm cleaning and listen to what's going on with the work. Update- super frustrated. The advertise all theses CBSN original documentaries but hard to find on site if you can.

Love the reporters and the content, but if the frequent freeze ups do not stop I will deleat the app.

11/28/21 When I scroll down as I am reading a story, suddenly the entire screen goes white. This has happened at least 3 times & would not come back. Then, takes me back to beginning of news feed - and have to go find story again. It’s a big interruption & gap & I never did finish a couple stories. Please fix. 2/4/2021 Tonight there are new ads for games - they have an “x” top right corner that one would think closes the ad. IT IS NOT WORKING!!! So sick of theses screen size ads forced on us. Can’t tell where ads & news begin sometimes! I realize nothing is really free; but, why must you be so obnoxious with these ads, NONE of which I have ever bought into!!! Stop punishing us for having the app! Having both big ads AND banners is OVERKILL!! And this same tactic is used on the local CBS channel!! I rarely go to that app. THE REPETITION OF YOUR STORIES 3 & 4 times continues to be ridiculous. Just have a list with access to the story ONCE! And no videos without the choice to read instead of watch! I prefer to actually READ! Thank you!

It certainly isn’t live. Everything is in a continuous loop, just recycling through the day today, with the same segments on tomorrow and beyond. It is “live” with breaking news such as a presidential announcement or daily news briefing. But now, there has been nothing live on the data dump the Secretary of the Treasury and the Federal Reserve chairman is telling Congress, and the stock market is tanking. Just more of the same seen more than three times today already. A major disappointment. But my cable has been out, so it’s better than nothing.

How come you show subjects but when you click on it all you get is commercial after commercials? I could get that playing fb games. A bunch of parents from the peanuts cartoons. “Muwawwanwanwan.” Wink wink I’m going to say it’s kind a like that fake news. Wink wink says it’s going to be there but all you get is mawanwawawa. I totally trust CBS News and love your morning show from New York with Nate and Tony and Gail and Vladimir. ????
