Sure, it’s “always on,” but. . . . – CBS News: Live Breaking News Review

It certainly isn’t live. Everything is in a continuous loop, just recycling through the day today, with the same segments on tomorrow and beyond. It is “live” with breaking news such as a presidential announcement or daily news briefing. But now, there has been nothing live on the data dump the Secretary of the Treasury and the Federal Reserve chairman is telling Congress, and the stock market is tanking. Just more of the same seen more than three times today already. A major disappointment. But my cable has been out, so it’s better than nothing.
