I can't believe all I have to do is download and link my credit card and then I pay for my transit through my phone... Just showed it to the driver and rode...
The app is easy to use and fast so I can pay for a fare as the bus is pulling up. It also has a function that lets one see the buses in real time. Great app
The app keeps crashing and it stops me from showing my ticket to the driver. Please fix!!
Still jacks your screen brightness up and drains battery. Even when you have auto brightness set it set your screen to the highest brightness level and screen doesn't reset. Even after you TURN OFF the app. This will drain your battery. App is helpful for tracking the buses but what good is it when it drains your battery and your phone is dead. Because of this I rate it a one star. Fix this bug in your next so called update.
So with app now you can only buy tickets now!? Why!? You could plan your route on the app. Why was that taken away? That was so convenient and helpful.
I just downloaded the app and it’s making me buy a ticket!!! All I want is to plan a route and it’s not there to plan!!
Often the various methods of searching (route, stop number on map , or search for route to destination etc) bus do NOT agree on arrival times . Ive had as much as an hour difference! Also, I’ve been waiting at transit center, watching bus get close and have bus number switched to a bus already st station and it pulls away and i miss my bus!!! When app is working properly it is very good though I would like search for routes/bus line from a place im NOT yet at. Like going to work and plan a route to store after work
