One of the worst apps in the store

I’m not one for writing reviews but I had to so that this can hopefully reach the developers and they get to read it and do something about it. This app is by far the ugliest app from a UI stand point. It is also so complicated in its functions that it literally requires training to understand how to use the app and navigate the different menus. If it wasn’t for the fact that the institute we go through requires it I wouldn’t use it at all. Aside from the UI, functions and navigations, the app actually crashes a lot, it is extremely buggy, and certain menus don’t really work inside the app like they do on a computer.

The update is awful! I can’t see the whole screen or input data at the bottom of the screen nor can I click the thing to get rid of incorrect data. I’m probably going to email Datafinch.

The latest update won’t even let me login. The keypad to type in the passcode is bigger than the screen so I can’t see all the numbers or the login button. Yikes. Fix this ASAP so I can do my job!
Most recent version is a mess

Impossible to use Catalyst on Iphone 8/10 since last update. Not only in my device at least 10 coworkers in the same situation. Please do something quick!
Please fix UI for latest update!

The update that claimed to fix UI problems did not do much. I have an iPhone X, and the edges of the client are cropped out, and the text is crowded and overlapping. EDIT: The most recent update, version 4.19.3, still has not resolved this issue. I cannot do my job properly until it is fixed!
Where would I find or create a user name and password?

I just downloaded this app and as soon as I opened it to view, the screen immediately went to this: To connect: Enter your username & password from the Student Portal. It contained spaces to enter the info... Since I haven't set this up yet, and I have absolutely no idea what student portal it was referring to, I attempted to enter a username and password I would like to use but it was rejected. Does anyone know where to go to set up info to use this app??

Brilliant software. The iPad version is nearly flawless. Android version could use improvement (keypad in the notes section is wonky and processes slowly).

I like the app and it is an asset to the art of collecting data, however; I can not record soap notes from my iPhone. There is no option or tab for this. The tab always appears on my other devices, tablet and even my IPad. I have installed several times hoping to correct this error. Please advise ASAP, this malfunction is hindering my speed and accuracy required within a therapy session.. time is of essence and data collection has to be quick and easy. I use my iPhone for proficiency and convenience, however; I have to change over to my tablet or laptop to write my summarize SOAP note. Other than this one issue...all other functionalities can be viewed at 100%. Thank you so much.
