Not working at all. Even that i have right pin it’s still says “incorrect pin”. Useless

I used this at a school when working as an ABA early intervention aide and the “no” should be called “incorrect” to differentiate from “no response.” There should be a in-between option for the +/- prompts if the child begins making attempts but still needs the prompt. And when showing all the programs all at once, it messes up the data collection for that particular day, and it’s too time consuming to keep going back and forth for each program. Needs to be more user friendly.
App Could Use a Little TLC

The app does not seem to be in real time. I have to log into the online version to get updated information, which is not very convenient.

I’m a Mom with a son who has autism. I saw this app and thought it would be a great ABC tracker for me; however, I can’t get into the app without a student portal login? Did I miss something? Is this only for students?
