Started playing this game years ago when it was owned by Phoenix Age, and it was great. Never had many serious issues. Maybe one issue every 12-18 months. Since Gaeamobile bought the game, it’s been nonstop issues. So far this year alone (2018), I’ve encountered 5 problems with the app, and it takes them an average of a month to fix the problem. “IF” they fix it. Currently there are 3 problems, 2 with login issues. One has been a problem for 8 months, and the second has been ongoing for over 2 months with no resolution in sight. And now a new one that I figure will take a month if they can fix it. The developers at Gaeamobile don’t fully understand the program and lines of code, but keep messing with it and screwing up. Biggest problem is they are trying to run the app using 2 sets of rules. 1 for players that have been playing for over a year (the original rules), and 1 set for new players less than a year. Every update affects these 2 rule sets differently, and they don’t understand this.

I love this game, but, it seems with every update I lose a little more functionality. I have completely lost the ability to log in with “Facebook Login” this time. I really enjoy this game, but, when you make a customer go out of their way to make a crummy review about something they truly enjoy.. you messed up. Also, the “old guild home” and “lands” have never had functionality on my iPhone 7. Edit: Dec.18, with the new update, I have lost a lot of the playability due to my connection being lost after every screen load. Still here, still playing- just have to play on Facebook again instead. Playing a game shouldn’t be this difficult. I have cut my play time down to rough let an hour a day instead of the 5-6 I use to play... :(

I’m having significant issues pretty basic game play. Lost connections and timing out that are not related to my internet connection. Attempting to provide feedback in the game app sends me to FAQs which isn’t what I need. Looks like I’ll be taking a break for a while. Again.

Idk what u all r doing, but this update doesn’t work anymore than the last one did. ??‍♀️ I have been playing this game, for YEARS, and I LOVE IT. I’ve spent a lot of time, and money ?, in this game. But, this is absolutely absurd. How are we supposed to play if we can’t even see anything?!?! Update: I can see more, but now all is does is ‘time out’. Lost favors points doing this. Don’t waste your money.

Title says it all, long time player base is leaving in droves. Keep deceiving and treating your player base as you do and you’ll have very little very soon.

Unreachable goals for gear without spending tons of money and unrealistic pvp results. Coliseum is a farce, constantly “tripping” or false message of “ you must wait for more tokens”. Get a PlayStation or Xbox and have something to show for your wasted time.

In app purchase lost, no refund!

Played for years with just a few major problems. Folks have been complaining of recent regarding troubles with in-app purchases. I too experienced this same issue days ago. They asked for proof of purchase and I provided the documentation. They replied asking for additional information, I provided. The Developers then stated that the payment was cancelled? Oddly, iTunes and Visa and my bank account say otherwise! It was a hardlearned/hardearned lesson that picked my pocket for 90.00$. I have never written a review before but I feel that I must post a statement in an attempt to warn possible future consumers of fraudulent behavior. Just stay away from this one.

I am not a programmer, so the name of the genre escapes me. You spent energy on quests and stamina on monsters and war and duels. You spend tokens on pvp. The strategy is researching how to optimize at your level and win. The better gear always wins, so smart pay to play levels faster and gets better stuff. I payed twice just to spend $, but now it costs a little more. There’s no $5 buy in yet- that would be tempting. And as many times as I research pvp and conquest- I still can’t figure it out when I lose to someone with a smaller army and less gear. But I like the Guild and gifting (free), and monster battling and contributing. Keeps my already overworked mind busy without stress. SUPPORT: I lost a general I purchased on an iPhone and contacted support. They said they would look into it and they restored her to my account. iPhone support is good for iPhone. The game play a little differently on FB than web3. On FB you can send elite guard requests to friends for a stat boost in questing, and a stat boost in Dominion pvp- sorry Duel Champion. They have regular events and promos. Colosseum is happening now before noon and evening pacific. Lots of opportunity for free players to optimize- but you need strategy and friends to beat the Chaos campaign- and you make them- in game. Gotta go- Guild Battle time. Every hit that is a victory heals my tower. See you in game!

Spent quite a bit when I started playing, game was lots of fun. Used to be you could reach out to the developers when there was a problem but not anymore. Can’t get weapons to work and pretty frustrating when you just used your coin to buy them ?
