Great game, impossible to play regularly

I’ve played this game for years and have loved it. Over the past couple of months, though, the game makes me load new content and then load my progress (separately) EVERY TIME I load the game. This means I have to waste time several times a day. It also won’t load if I’m not on great WiFi. I’ve started migrating to other games to play because of this. Fix it, and I’ll be back...
Game freezes

I started playing your game Cascade several years back I loved it . but when it ask me to watch a movie for different rewards I would watch the movie , then after I watch the movie the frame froze up and I would have to exit the game to get it to unfreeze. And no reward. So I quit playing for a long time. I just started up again playing. But the same problem would happen over and over again. It’s to bad Cascade was my favorite game.

I was on the highest level opened it up last weekend and it dropped me to level one. I was not happy.

I love Cascade, it’s my favorite match 3 game! There are virtually infinite levels (sometimes a new land is under development so I have to wait a couple of weeks, but I can go back and try to get 3 stars in previous levels). Just when you have it figured out they throw something new at you. Starstones! Tornados! Portals! It’s never boring even after a couple of years. I’m giving this 4 stars because there is room for improvement. Here’s a few things I would change: When you find a boost at a dig spot you should just win it, you shouldn’t have to “buy” it with gold. Gold is too hard to earn. I have literally 8 million gems of each color, it would be great to be able to exchange gems for gold or boosts. The only thing gems are good for is to open new lands, and it only takes about 20,000 gems. I have millions more gems in my bank that are totally useless. Spin the wheel every 12 hours instead of 24. And some levels are virtually impossible to get three stars. I would happily buy a paid version to get rid of the ads. At least the ads come up in expected intervals, where some games throw in an ad randomly in the middle of game play which is super annoying. In Cascade you can skip ads and forfeit double gold, which is nice. Overall, a great game!

I love this game- my go to for mindless and mindful distraction! Sadly, it keeps freezing up on me with the ads! I lose my progress and start from scratch! This is my third time deleting game and opening up new app! Frustration!!

I was enjoying the game until I reached level 173 where I have one spin to achieve a score of 2,000,000. The high score shows as 1,243 if I recall correctly. So how has anyone achieved one of the more than 500 levels? I will keep trying but it just doesn’t seem possible right now.
My Favorite Game

I love all the bells and whistles every time I complete a game, but the sounds have disappeared from my iPad although they remain on my phone. I also enjoy the variety of the tasks. I hit a wall at 208 and have not been able to get past it for a month. So I just switch over to the side games and don't concern myself about going on to new kingdoms. I have been playing this game for years. It is very relaxing. I like the accomplishment of figuring out patterns of each game.
