Lots of crashes

Every time I collect gold by viewing videos, the game crashes and takes all the gold I’ve gained! It’s annoying!

for many years. Recently has been lagging very slowly. Have to close game and go back in. Also there is no sound. I did have two stars but went to one as I just opened the game and watched it move to the left and right off the screen! I had no control.

I've been playing this game for a while. Love it, it's challenging and just all around a great game.

I take the time to watch the videos to earn extra gold. However, when the video is finished, over 50% of the time, the game gets stuck. The only way to resolve this is to close the app and restart. And even though I watched the video completely, I never get the credit. I’ve played this game for a very long time but am getting more and more frustrated with crashes and/or the game freezing.
Love the game but all progress lost!

I have played this game for ages and still enjoy the challenge. Today when I started it I was back to the beginning with the demo mode! What Happened? All gold and stars gone!

Why does this game freeze each and every time you have to watch an ad? It’s so aggravating, I refuse to double my “gold” when playing. I like the challenge but the freezing is annoying! Close to deleting, rather not, so please FIX the problem.
