A whole year, and not a single update despite our many reviews calling out for this. It's like telling us to go fall off a cliff or something. The user interface could have created by a self-absorbed recluse who couldn't bother any less if it were understood or not. Again, your help files are inaccessible. For a paid app, this was a great faux pas for me.
