This is the worst app ever, they have no phone number when u have a problem with a reservations, they only work with email, in which they send u no answers that does not address your issues, they would not give me the car or a refund!! Fraud totally do not use this!!

They are scam, do not, I said do not use them ever. They take your money and then make excuses. No phone number to contact them. It's so frustrating and waste of time app!

I love this app. I don't know what everyone's complaint is about. I've been hooked ever since I got my first rental in Seattle, $7/day total for a Fiat. I haven't seen many great deals like that but they consistently offers the same if not a better rate than going to the individual rental car's website. Please keep up the good work and great deals!

Terrible service and false advertisement. No customer service phone number. Chelsea at the email support center will not help. I will never use this app again.

The app it's self is useless to me. I am not able to sign in with my car rentals sign in to view my reservations and book with my information. It takes me to a page that makes me enter my email address and password each time I want to view a reservations or make a reservation. To me that is just simply useless. Allow me to sign into the app once and view and make reservations with my sign in.

This company has quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Very shady and inflexible. The only way to contact them is via email, which might not be a big deal, until you need to talk to a human about any time sensitive issues you might have. And once you get an email conversation started, they're responses are very unhelpful. There are plenty of other ways to get a good deal on a car rental. Don't use these guys. But if you do, read the fine print. All of it!

SCAM! DO NOT USE! STOLE $457.80!

DO NOT USE!!! This company is a SCAM! I should have read the reviews first. They STOLE $457.80 from me!!! They said there is no way to get it back after the payment has been made after 24 hours even if YOU DO NOT GET YOUR RENTAL! No refunds for the dates after pick up either. They are located in the U.K. Which is a 24 hour difference. The offices are closed! I hope this helps A LOT.
