Post surgery

Paulh7777

My wife had back surgery and came home with many prescriptions to take at various times throughout the day. We tried using a calendar but we still had to document each time she needed to take it and when she took it, which was doable but time consuming. CareZone allowed me to add my wife’s Profile to mine and monitor both of us with ease.

Some problems but overall helpful

Pepperoni's Girl

Is there any way to erase a dosage? My fat fingers often hit the wrong drug or I find I'm on the wrong day - after midnight. Also I find the ads for refills unnecessary as I have a good relationship with a drugstore that provides automatic monthly refills and will deliver to my door on request. Otherwise the app keeps track of my pill intake so I don't forget as much as I used to. Before I would forget 2-3 times a month.

Close but no cigar

Reminder mechanism takes more time than it’s worth. I haven’t yet figured out how to print usable reports.

Great Program

CurlyQueii

This has been the best program that I’ve found. I’d be lost without it. I take a lot of prescriptions and need this program to help me manage them and keep track of different issues. When I go to my appointments I have all of my medications in order, the nurses love it! I recommend this program to everyone. Thank you Care Zone Curlyqueii

2/12/18 You'll find ways to uuniversally turn off bothersome things like notifications, automatic updates and in app ratings. Those are big things I see making people feel frustrated with apps across the board. Overall, it's pretty useful but it needs improvement and options for using it differently. Prior to 2/2018 I wrote this: Help it run smoothly: Get rid of the ad for prepackaged meds I see every single time I enter a medication. Let me see a date on my main inventory page so I know which one is most recent, oldest, etc. I want to keep a record of the 1st prescription, changes and most recent. The rest I inactivate but don't want to run through them all to figure out what to do if I haven't kept up. Increase flexibility to use it differently: I use it as inventory, history and dosage. That's it. No reminders. I have my notifications turned off; I'd like to also turn off all reminders within the app since it clutters the app. 11/30/17… I don't understand why the app is unable to transfer all information from the label to inventory. It reads name, date, instructions; why do I have to enter the prescriber, pharmacy, manufacturer, prescription number, markings, etc? It takes too long when it should take seconds to verify. I would prefer to not have to turn off reminders for each medication as well. I spend too long with this every month instead of just snapping 4 photos (3 will usually do it), filling in five fields, turning off reminders, inactivating last month… Streamline it devs. Someone is developing a better app and I'm going to defect unless you get your act together, ok?
