I am not happy that the developer has been promising for a long time to make it possible to print a journal documents, etc. from the phone, iPads, etc. you must still have a laptop or computer available for this action. It is sometime impossible to do so. When can this be fixed. I can print meds list, why not all documents?

All of a sudden I’m getting multiple notices every day to take my meds. I did not ask for these reminders and don’t want to be harassed by them daily. I know when to take my meds. I can find no way on the app to disable these reminders. I have unchecked every single medicine on my, my wife’s and my mother’s profiles. And they still keep coming. Give us a way to disable reminders or I’’m going to be forced to delete the app. And then I don’t know if these aggravating notices will go away.

I have used this app for 2 years now and I tried to go back and read older journal notes or inactive medications but I can’t see before December 2019. I have MS and need to be able to see these. This is very disappointing. Otherwise I love the app!

I was previously using MediSafe. Wanted something better and I found it with CareZone! Intuitive, beautiful format, easy to use, great reminders (comes through on my Apple Watch, too). Love how you just take a photo of your bottle (even supplements that are not listed in the app), the app automatically determines the correct supplement! Highly recommended!!!
Save - Not so much

I enter my medicine and hit refresh. It says it saved it. Open the app the next morning and I have to re-enter last nights medicine. Very frustrating.

It’s a good concept just to take a picture of the bottle. Some of the names of prescriptions are long and hard to pronounce.

This app is very helpful to me on various ways. I can keep tack of my medication from reminders to refill. There is a way to keep track of any health issue. Such a great help to anyone who wants to keep in touch with their health. Love it!
Great app, but scanning stopped working

This is a very helpful app for adding a lot of medications at once. However, after I added the first profile, upon opening the app again when I try to add medications, the camera does not come up. Adding a lot of medications one by one by typing is cumbersome. I can’t find any articles and help section that can assist with this. Disappointing.
What happened to this app?

When I first downloaded this app it was painless and easy to use. I went into it tonight and it is now a frustrating, difficult to use piece of ...... I have no idea who or what was done to improve it but for the senior population it is now unusable even for old programmers. I gave up and just took pictures of my labels on the bottles. The app no longer has that way of entering the information.
