تجربة سيئة مع خدمة كريم حيث تم طلب سائق وعند محاولة الاتصال به كان جواله مغلق وبعدها قام بإلغاء الرحلة وتم خصم مبلغ الإلغاء من الماستر كارد وهذه طريقة لاتليق اطلاقا بخدمة إحترافية ولم تواجهني ابدا مع أوبر

Nevermind, I called them and they fix my problem. But still they need to fix this app. --------------------- They just charged SAR 10 for a trip that I didn't have!!! This is not the first issue that I have with them and I don't think it gonna be the last one. I'm really considering to start using Uber.
