Simple and easy to use!

I set my account for automatic payments because I hate keeping track of due dates for all the bills we have. However, on occasion I will make additional payments or check my balances so this app is perfect. I haven’t had any issue with this app. This app is easy to navigate and simple enough use to to get the job done. I use to log on my account with my computer, but it’s so inconvenient because I’m not always in front of my computer. This app makes keeping track of my account so much easier regardless of where I am. Highly recommend it.
Can’t even use the app

It gets stuck on the enable location access question and prevents me from going any further despite enabling or disabling. I already tried redownloading and it did not help.
Wouldn’t Help Me in Emergency

I had an emergency dental procedure and needed a higher limit on my care credit. I applied for an increase multiple times and it was denied. Representatives were rude and could careless about my situation.
App simply doesn’t work

This app is awesome!!! It tells your balance in real time. Not like the traditional banks that say your money is there & they put a 3-day hold!! That is so frustrating!!! The banks do that so they can use your money for a couple days. & the app tells you if a charge is pending & hasn’t went thru yet. Also when i deposit money. Its there not like Chase that only lets you have a portion of your deposit. I will never go back to banks ever again.
