Older iPhones don’t have iOS 13. Even if I wanted to, I can’t upgrade to it. You have effectively broken the app for anyone who can’t update to the latest iOS, making it harder to keep track of our accounts, make payments, etc. PLEASE FIX IT.

Every time I try to logon it doesn’t refresh or let me go beyond the main menu. I’ve been late trying to pay my payment three times now because of it. I don’t get my payments in the mail they only come through the app so now I’m being penalized because the dang app doesn’t work. I’m over it

This app makes it so easy to make payments and update information! Make extra payments and pay it off sooner! You can even request a higher limit in the app! Great work CareCredit! Today I’m debt free!

I used to love the app but unfortunately the new update stops me from using it. Therefore I have to fight the site to make my payments. Sad for people like me cause the app made it easier. I refuse to buy a new phone to run iso 13.

BEWARE‼️ They processed my payment. (My last one I needed to make) It went through with sufficient funds and money left over and then was returned? AND CHARGED MY BANK ACCOUNT AN EXTRA 35 DOLLARS FOR THE RETURN OF THE PAYMENT. (I think its their scam to get interest and a late fee as well meanwhile getting you charged 35 dollars that you can do nothing about.) Smh. An hour on the phone wasting my time before they finally waved the 100 dollar interest and 29 dollars late fee but im stuck with the 35 dollar charge from my bank. DISGUSTING. Sad they do this to people. Times are hard for people. This is not right. Please be careful. Ive used them numerous times for dental visits etc but I will be looking for a different option.
