I love this app, I have to check my heart a lot during the day and this makes it discreet. I have compared this app to 2 of my blood pressure monitors and it is accurate every time!

The Cardiio app has offered a convenient and concise way for my 5th thru 12th grade students to measure their bpm and target heart rate without little cost. After running a mile or performing the PACER test, students have the ability to take the essential measurements, save and report results. Since we are an IPad school, I have requested this app for each student.
