I don't remember how much I paid for this game, I got it on a whim, but I was hooked for weeks. It isn't deep, but there are very interesting strategic possibilities with custom decks. I wish there was a little more variety, eg I wish different classes and opponents were different in more ways than just art. I really, really wish there was a campaign mode or if it was otherwise turned into an RPG. These don't bother me enough to take away a star; this game is a short, intense gem. Years later, this is still one of my favorite light games with RPG dressing. Other games I like in the same way: Dungeon Raid, 10000000, and Guild of Dungeoneering.

Plenty of strategy, and a slowly ramping up difficulty to unlock cosmetic upgrades give this game plenty of replay value. The art style is charming to boot. Have fun with it!

This is the first review I've left for an app. I decided to write one, because this app deserves it. A quick game with great art and a decent amount of strategy. I'd recommend this to anyone, but especially those that love table top and card games.
