Filters look OK but impossible to try out

Based on the sample photos, this looks like something you want in you for photo app toolbox. But starting with the demand that you enable notifications, and ending with the upgrade requirement for EVERY filter that looks promising, it’s a giant “meh.” People, let me give it a test drive, if it’s good I’ll pay. Let me try everything out but maybe only for ten photos. But this app hates the user way too much. Sticking with LR thank you.

Most of the black and white filters curve the exposure too heavily so some info is lost. But the textures and border options are AMAZING!!

Admittedly I did not buy into anything because even the bare minimum process for limited filters is $3.99 and it really does give you many options. I ended up buying the fully loaded Darkroom app in which you can do so much more for half the cost of Carbon. Darkroom plus free Snapseed together gives you unlimited editing, wherever your imagination takes you. Carbon looks like a great application but really should be half the price they’re asking.

Honestly I’ve yet to see a better portrait app. ??♂️ Linke I’ve got some professional-grade looking photo’s mainly because of this app.

This is the best black and white app I’ve yet to ever find! The black and white conversions are amazing for almost any photo in any setting! Highly recommend it!!
Paid stuff needs to stay separate

Its annoying when you click a filter and it asks you to pay. The paid stuff shouldn’t be all over the app it should be in a separate section

Between clunky UI and buggy code that crashes after 10 minutes of editing - this app is garbage. I wish I never bought it. I wasted my time trying to make something only to get to the last step and realize that this useless piece of s**t crashed and lost my work. Thanks for wasting my time.
