Updated app

I totally hate this new update. Bring back the old one. The new one list all of my foods I had saved and the new won’t take half of them.

A great tool for living healthier

Itsmejudess

straight forward, easy to use. Free version is sufficient enough to help track meals and stay within macros

Loved until Update

Update is awful! I can’t find any of my stuff, everything is moved around and a lot of the food I logged before is gone. Time to find a new app.

Latest Update is Awful

I have the Premium subscription and have been a user since September 2020. I had a meal plan in place for the week and after the recent update, I went to update portions in a meal and the app showed some outrageous numbers that throw off my macros. For example, it came up with 800 grams of fat for 28 grams of pecans????? I’ve tried different ways of selecting other serving sizes to work around this and it produces the same result. I can’t live like this. I count on this app for a daily record of my meal plan and I expect it to be accurate. I’m about to message Customer Service. This bug needs to be fixed immediately. I’m not going to tolerate this for much longer.

I REALLY hate this update.

Everything was well with the old layout for me, and I was having a lot of good results before this new update. I had no idea that with the new update, there was a macros deduction with calories burned, and I unknowingly went over my carb count causing me to get kicked off of my ketosis. To add more to my frustration, some of the net carb counts on items that you scan are so inaccurate. And there’s no user edits anymore! It looks like MyFitnessPal, and I left that app to use Carb Manager because I hated that layout. I hate that I wasted my money to use an app that feels like the one I ditched to begin with.

Was better

Whatever updated on the app is horrible. I miss my old app that made sense. This new style and home page design is so unimpressed. Please give us back the good version.

What the old version back

Mammaisler

My app recently downloaded the newest version of carb manager. I can’t stand it. The look was totally redone and it does not have the same feel. My Apple Watch no longer syncs and I could not get the bar code to scan. I have used this app for 16 months. I am very disappointed that the app was totally reconfigured. It was awesome before. So no good reason to change. Off to find a new app. I don’t understand why developers are always looking for the new and improved. Most people aren’t good with change. Fixing bugs and glitches ok. Redoing the look not ok.

Latest update removes function, adds fluff.

I’m disappointed with the new app update, Feb 2021. I’ve been using Carb Manager for 2-3 years to tack macros. The update changed the flow of documenting data with bouncing bubbles, dancing icons, and waves when an image loads. For example, I deleted some food items and another floating pop up told me what I just deleted. I use the copy-meals function a lot and I want to quickly document - add, remove, and modify line items without the animations and extra bubbly notifications. I want to log calories as quickly as possible and see where my numbers stand. I’ve been fumbling through trying to find my commonly logged foods since the update happened. Can I revert to the previous version of the app?

Love it!

Easy to use and has helped me make better choices!
