I couldn’t find a model number of my appliance in your drop down menu. Why can’t I jus type it in. Simple my butt. CSO C8TE-19. Most user unfriendly interface I’ve ever encountered. Then I said maybe my satisfaction would be increased if I just go ahead and register and sign in. Oh MY! Too much Information requested just to get a user log on account. Why Hoover Candy?

The app is a piece of crap

It has been more than 6 months and 2 app updates and the “mixed & colored” program is still broken in English. The program label disappeared (the program description is still there) and if I select it, it runs a program with 0 temperature and weird settings. I have opened a support ticket a couple of months ago and still not fixed. To be able to use program I have to change my phone language to Spanish! That is not acceptable. When I change it to Spanish I can see the “Color Y Mixtos” program label and I can use it.

The app has a section called special programmes I can't get it to work on iPhone it keeps sending me to your website everytime I connect my phone
Worthless compared to the android version

The app doesn’t do much without an android phone with NFC. Pretty sure my iPhone has NFC as I can use a yubikey with zero problems. Clicking on faqs or manuals doesn’t load up the documentation but instead redirects you to the website where you have to enter the serial number. What’s the point of telling the app what appliance I have if it doesn’t even provide manuals? Twenty minutes were setting up an account for nothing. Glad I used a burner email. Skip this app and maybe find yourself a better brand if you want decent smart control.

This app is pretty much garbage. Even after latest update. When it does occasionally connect with the appliance it’s quite handy, but the thing almost never works, never finds appliances on the network, and I lose time trying to get it to connect.

Too many to report but one request... can you notify me - just once - when the tumble dryer is completed? I do not need to be kept updated on the drying status.
