Problem with application on IOS 14.4

The application didn’t work on IOS 14.4. Application didn’t show the cycles on my iphone 11 iOS 14.4. Application show only two options FAQ and TIPS AND HINTS... On android work properly.

The app worked well until I've changed smartphone from android to ios. Now it wont login at all. I can't use it. It says error -1011.

Downloaded via qr code on the washing machine, got registered. No functions to use. All it has FAQ, online help and tips. That’s it. What’s the purpose? The touch is not smart, it is totally stupid.
