After failed attempts to access game 1083 I tried to update to no avail. I had to delete the game and reinstall. I lost all my badges and returned to game 1. I'm so sad!!!!!!

I’ve played this for years and spent way too much on a waste of time game. I was on level 2497. I bought a package the other night and it failed.. Gave me the congrats message and then did nothing. Stupidly, I tried a couple more times thinking it hadn’t gone through the first-third times. Nope, all four went through my account. When I contacted the support group, I got the runaround to send pics of this and this and that. Sent the bank shots and a current view of my zero bars. Nope, still needed additional pics of this and that. Bottom line: I wasted $40, which was the universe telling me to delete this crap game and stop spending money on it. So I deleted it.

Like so many free/pay-as-you-go apps this game is rigged in a way that forces you to spend money to continue. Levels are intentionally rigged to prevent you from completing them without spending money or repeating the level 50-100 times before continuing. If you purchase in game upgrades, SHAME ON YOU. You are the reason these unethical games are written this way. Take a moment to estimate how much money you have spent. Now realize that you were manipulated to spend it. STOP SPENDING MONEY ON THESE GAMES YOU IDIOTS!!!! Don't be stupid enough to fall for a need to win a race to a specific level. Lose, it's ok. You get to the next level... Your doing the same thing... Breaking candy. I'm on level 2600 and haven't spent a penny on the game. That's what a winner really is in this game!!!!!

Customer service is terrible- don’t spend any money in the app!!! I enjoy playing the game however after recently purchasing 3 bundles within two days that I did not get, I filed for a refund from iTunes. iTunes would not refund so I contacted King. They responded quickly and advised me to send a screenshot showing where all 3 purchases ($8.99 each) came out of my account. I did this within allotted time frame and the next day received a notice that since they did not get info requested they would close ticket # and to let them know if I would want to reopen. I immediately sent a copy of email to them showing the screenshots and when I sent. I have done this between 7-10 times and the only reply I receive is a generic email inviting me to visit the Help Center or Community. Never another reference to my ticket number, never another personal correspondence. I believe this is just a ploy to make you give up. Enjoy playing - but keep in mind that customer service is horrible and by no means spend any money in the game!
Black screen

The latest update of this game is ruining the experience people who have already gotten to high levels of having to delete the app due to black screens. The black screen appears during one of the ads that you were asked to watch. Once you get a black screen there’s nothing you can do to get your game back or any visual of this game. That’s disappointing and should be fixed immediately.

This game used to be amazing, one of the best. Now after reaching a certain level you have to play most levels a ridiculous number of times, really ridiculous, like 25 times before moving to the next level. Instead of fun and entertaining it can be quite boring. What’s up with that!? Formerly a solid 5, now teetering on 3.

This game used to be the bee’s knees but it’s gotten pathetic. Or maybe apathetic. What do I care about a facelift of the level progress map when it can’t connect for updates or when finishing an ad for a bonus ends with a black screen that can’t be skipped or closed (forcing an app reset)? Or when my teammate ticks a tile but I can’t connect regardless of what network I’m on? This game has passed its prime.
