I have a new IPad & when I transferred my games over, my progress didn’t follow. Can you give me some help as sure don’t want to start over?

I click on “app support”’ and I get an error message. I’m having issues with being stuck on the quests with no way out to play the game. So I guess my time playing this game is over. Makes me sad as I enjoy it. And yes, I’ve updated the app.

The process is based on game used items awarded for in game competition. The problem is that they do nothing to control bots, the contest resets weekly and just did three hours ago.. the current leaders have way more than anyone even close.. this it happens every week.. totally unfair

Can’t complete levels without buying boosts Only thing fun about this game is Bubblegum Hill and now they rarely have it. Moving on to something more fun ??????????????????
